A more rigorous way to examine ideas

Think through the whole venture.

VentureLens is a concept-stage platform for examining startup ideas through structured AI-assisted analysis, specialist perspectives, and iterative critique—before founders commit significant time or capital.

Currently in concept and MVP planning

Good ideas deserve hard questions.

Early business plans often rely on assumptions that have not been tested. VentureLens is being designed to make those assumptions visible and turn uncertainty into a practical validation plan.

01 / ANALYZE

Look from multiple angles

Explore customer needs, competitors, positioning, pricing, costs, growth, operations, and technical feasibility through focused specialist analyses.

02 / CHALLENGE

Challenge the first answer

Use structured critique to identify weak assumptions, missing evidence, contradictions, and risks that a single-pass plan might overlook.

03 / IMPROVE

Turn findings into next steps

Organize the strongest findings into revised options, open questions, and real-world experiments that a founder can evaluate.

Designed as an iterative workflow

The planned MVP combines specialist analysis with a human-led decision process.

01. Submit

A founder describes an idea, audience, constraints, and budget.

02. Investigate

A coordinator assigns relevant research and specialist tasks.

03. Critique & revise

Reviewers challenge the model and the plan is revised against their findings.

04. Report

A final report separates evidence, assumptions, risks, and validation priorities.

Evidence over confidence

Our design principle: an AI-generated business plan is not proof of market demand. VentureLens is intended to distinguish sourced information from estimates and hypotheses, and to recommend external validation—such as customer interviews, usage tests, or willingness-to-pay experiments—before treating an idea as validated.

Building the first version

VentureLens is currently at the concept and MVP-planning stage. The next milestone is a prototype tested against a small set of real business ideas.
